The Skin Illustrator Brown Palette is a small five color alcohol based makeup palette perfect for filling in eyebrows or creating and reshaping the eyebrow lines. The colors can easily be applied with a brush, sponge, or mascara wand. Use it alone, or mix the colors with an other Skin Illustrator tones to create your own unique color blend.
Skin Illustrator palettes must be activated with Skin Illustrator Activator, Slow Activator or 99% alcohol. Do not use any other solvent.
Easily removed using PPI's Telesis Super Solv or Telesis Makeup Remover.
