How it works
Fox & Superbond works on a microscopic level like hook and loop
Once primer is attached to surface it is impossible to remove it
How to use
Make sure all surfaces are clean and free of contaminants
Use agent that won’t dissolve like Baldiez, Super Baldiez, Super Cap Plastic, or Key Cap Beads. Fox & Superbond can bond anything together, even silicone to metal.
Make sure surfaces are dry before Fox & Superbond is applied
It can be applied by brushing, wiping, spraying or dipping
Recommended coating thickness is .5MIL have 100% coverage
Let Fox & Superbond dry completely, you can use blow dryer.
There will be a thin white film over the encapsulate
Afterwards add silicone to mold
